Big hype, little substance
Our one-night stay was riddled with disappointment. The King Room offered a great rate but was far from clean. We found pubic hair and stains on the sheets, limited towels, and a broken toilet. Service was apathetic, and it felt like this establishment lacked basic maintenance and care.
